Set atop the hills of Koh Phangan lies an oasis. A contemporary tropical-modern spacious and refined residence that showcases exceptional craftsmanship with a warm, home-like ambience. This 4,300 m² property enjoys total privacy with three hundred and sixty degrees of lush evergreen and heavenly views of the Gulf of Thailand.

First-time hotelier, Michal Paulen’s dream was to create a contemporary home that blends seamlessly with nature. Designed by Sicart & Smith with minimal environmental impact in mind, the surrounding wildlife and diverse flora are incorporated throughout the space. The main villa is spread out over 1,000 m² of floor space and set over two levels. In it, you’ll see a colossal boulder extending from the outside into the living area.

The ground floor includes a generous, modern kitchen, a dining and sitting area that joins onto the outdoor sitting areas, an 18-meter private infinity pool and lounge, and over 3,000 m2 of plush garden.

The second floor has a concealed, jungle-themed cinema room. It also hosts the master bedroom meticulously designed with spacious dressing rooms, an ensuite bathroom, and a private terrace overlooking the lush tropical greenery.

A short walk along a dotted stone path reveals two garden pavillions, each containing two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and private terraces that blend seamlessly with the outdoor garden vista.
